When you've finished your selections simply submit the form below. In 1 to 2 business days we will e-mail you a digital representation of what your blend will look like as well as the estimated price per sheet. At that point you can place your custom blend order or request a sample sheet so you can see it in person before ordering for your complete project.
*Please allow around 2 weeks from the time you place your order for Custom Blend Production plus shipping transit time. Each custom blend sheet comes face mounted on clear mosaic film sheets and contain 1.15 sq. ft. of tile per sheet.
**NOTE: Custom Blend Sheets and Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Here's how to do it:
1) Type your Contact Information into the form below.
2) Choose your desired tile size:
- 3/4" Classic, Aventurine, Luster, & Pastille Series can be blended together
- Or any combination of our 1" Ashland-e Series tiles can be blended
3) Choose up to 8 desired colors that you'd like blended from the dropdown boxes.
4) Type the exact percentage of each tile color you'd like your blend to contain in the appropriate boxes. Just make sure they add up to 100% total.
